This is a vintage Takahashi FS-60C Fluorite Apochromat and Reducer F/6 (discontinued), I am the original owner and I purchased it as part of a collection in the late 1990s, the FS-60C is a 60 mm refractor that employs a multi-coated, two element fluorite objective lens with a prime focal length of 355 mm. With the FS.78 F6 reducer, the FS-60C is converted to an f/4.2 instrument.  The combination results in a 40 mm diameter image circle with 60% illumination across the entire field.  Illumination is maintained at 95% or more out to a 25 mm diameter, and is 72% illuminated out to a diameter of 35 mm. I used this as a DIMM mounted it to a Finger Lakes CFW-2 filter wheel and camera and it saw thousands of hours of night sky. Its in very good condition, with just a few spots on the objective that are barely naked eye visible and I couldn't capture with a camera.  You will need to buy from Takahashi, or make an adaptor if you want to use  with an eyepiece.  Included is the Optical Tube Assembly, tube holder, FS.78 F6 reducer and the adapter I used in the DIMM.
