La Spaziale New EK Single Group Espresso Machine * 110V

The La Spaziale New EK 1 Group Head is a true commercial espresso machine designed for home baristas and small commercial users. This machine has been carefully rebuilt to ensure it provides high-quality espresso extraction. It has been fully serviced with a brand new pump, boiler heater, sight glass, boiler pressure gauge, shower screen and all gaskets and seals have been replaced including the sight-glass mushroom valve. The lines and boiler have been pickled and descaled. This includes 2 portafilters, a double and a single. This machine is not a commercial look-alike, it is the real deal built on a fabricated steel frame and it weighs 95 pounds. Each of the portafilters is heavy, chrome-plated brass. 

This machine needs to be permanently connected to your water and drain lines. It will be shipped with a standard hose fitting, and the drain line can be dumped in a bucket for temporary use

This beast will last forever, the only controls are an on/off switch and valves for hot water and steam. A simple PID controller allows you to preset the dispensed volume of espresso. Easily prepare authentic, espressos by following the barista method of grinding fresh beans and extracting the grounds immediately. Grind, dose and extract from fresh beans to espresso enjoyment in under a minute. It was made in Italy by La Spaziale in Bologna, Italy.

It has a traditional E61 group head to ensure a temperature stable path for the brewing water, by siphoning hot water from the boiler, through the group, and back.  best possible extraction. It has an 3 L copper boiler, a 2000 watt heating element, a 9-bar pump and integrated sensors to monitor and auto refill the boiler.
