Here is my Dad's 80s vintage Hartmann Belting Leather Handle Portfolio/Attache/Briefcase in very nice shape. It is made of supple, heavy-duty belting leather that is handsomely distressed. This case has 3 compartments giving you separate and quick access to your laptop, files, and books. The center compartment is perfect for a laptop or tablet as it has a zipper closure to keep it secure. Inside it has an organizational panel with a pouch large enough for a smartphone, a second smaller pouch and 3  pen sleeves. The two compartments on either side are open access and large enough for books and files. The bag has dual padded retractable handles for carrying.

This bag is in very good condition. It has no rips, tears, or holes. It is structurally sound and the hardware functions properly. It does show signs of use - the exterior is scuffed and scratched from years of use providing a patina projecting experience. If you don't like this patina you can reduce the appearance of scuffing and scratching with a product known as Leather CPR which is available on Amazon.
