This is an extremely well made Italian fruit press which is suitable for pressing fruits, cheeses, heather honey and herbs. It includes 2 press baskets and both are manufactured from Stainless steel which makes them very easy to clean. One basket has large holes which is suitable for apples, pears and similar fruit. The second basket has tiny laser cut holes and is used for fine filtering of juicy fruit, and a second clearing press for others.  The base and frame are made from aluminum. Pressing is fast and easy. Put the fruit in the tub and turn the top tee handle to press.
