Bausch & Lomb * Balmite 50 Slide Projector - ART DECO! F*S

Here is a very functional 1958 Vintage Balmite 50 Slide projector by Bausch & Lomb, for 35mm and super slides 1 5/8th x 1 5/8ths. Black bakelite and in excellent condition, it works work great because it has no moving parts like fans, belts or motors to break. Not even a switch, plug it in to use it and unplug it to shut it down. You don't need slide trays, just insert your slides one by one in either the right or left side, inserting another pushes the one just viewed out the other side. This has a 50 watt bulb, not bright enough for whole room projection but perfect for viewing all those old boxes and trays in storage. It measures approx: 10" x 2.5" x 5.5". I used this to preview my old slides as I scanned them, the job is done and I don't need it anymore. My Dad bought this in NYC on June 5, 1958 and it cost 50 bucks! The 50 W bulb in the machine works, this an excellent vintage item to own.
